Mr Daniel (Danny) Sharp is one of Australia’s most experienced corporate advisors, experienced in IPOs, secondary capital raisings and general corporate advisory mandates with leading ASX-listed companies. He brings more than 25 years’ senior executive experience in institutional investment banking, with a specific focus on the healthcare and technology sectors.

Originally commencing his career as a lawyer, Danny went on to spearhead the corporate finance division at two of Australia’s leading independent Investment Banking/Stockbroking firms. Most recently Danny was Executive Director of Corporate Finance at Canaccord Genuity from 2012-2020, where he led dozens of equity capital market transactions and corporate finance advisory projects. He is closely connected to strong networks of institutional, family office and high net worth investors both in Australia and overseas.

Danny is currently a Non-Executive Director on the Board of health informatics company, Alcidion Corporate (ASX: ALC), and dermatology company, Botanix (ASX: BOT). He is also on the Investment Committee of the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Law (Monash University), and is a CFA Charter Holder.
